Action Items


  • Next annual general meeting is planned for end of February 2025
  • Over the 2024 fiscal year, we aim to:
    1. Increase member participation of group events through more advance communications and increased reminders of upcoming events
    2. Plan for more performances and encourage more members to participate and showcase their talents/artistic skills (i.e. dancing, singing, playing instruments etc.)
    3. Schedule non-performance related events such as social gathering so members can mingle and form new bonds/relationships
    4. Develop a sponsorship strategy, maintain close contact with major sponsors and strive for sponsors to support KCPAs activities
    5. Management team will take in the opinions and suggestions of members and act on these suggestions if appropriate
